Welcome to DJ I EYE

About Me

Music sits at the heart of everything I do, and every set I play is shaped by the room, the crowd, and carefully developed to take the listener on a journey. From early warm-ups to peak-time energy, I focus on flow, atmosphere, and connection, choosing the right track at the right time to move the night forward naturally. The mixes you’ll find here are a reflection of that approach, blending live recordings and carefully curated sessions that capture the feel of real events the way energy builds, how a crowd responds, and how music comes alive when it’s doing what it should. Whether you’re listening to get a sense of style, relive a night, or explore ideas for your own event, these mixes offer an honest insight into how I select, mix, and deliver music in practice.

My journey with Psytrance began at Trancemission, playing at a small bar on New Walk, Leicester called Vingt-Quatre, then moving to Stayfree Music before hosting nights at Junction 21, The Playground, Soho, and Leicester Square, alongside the wonderful Babble crew with their Double Trouble nights. After taking a break, I returned in 2018, working closely with Noisily Festival on another passion of mine sustainability while playing small gatherings. Of course, 2020 put a pause on everything.

While Psytrance will always be my first love, which can be demonstrated by my record and CD collection, I enjoy exploring other dance music too, Sassy Deep/Tech House included. These are the two types of dance music that I can comfortably bring to the dancefloor but I am forever messing with many different pieces of music as can be seen in some of my stranger mixes.  I hope you enjoy the them, and please feel free to like and comment!

Events

We will be updating our website regularly with events and gigs where we will be!

When: Fri, 31 Jul, 12pm – Sun, 2 Aug, 11pm BST.

Where: Secret Location

Description: Notsilly is a small, grassroots electronic music gathering. It grew out of a moment when a much-loved part of the UK psy/techno/DnB landscape disappeared. Instead of replacing it with something louder or more polished, around 500 of us chose something simpler a party, made together.
